Welcome to the First Wessex Housing Group website.
First Wessex Housing Group manages around 16,000 affordable homes primarily in Hampshire and with some activity in Surrey and Thames Valley.
The group provides a wide range of housing services and options including rented accommodation, shared ownership, key worker, supported and temporary housing as well as support services for families living in temporary accommodation, families having difficulties managing their tenancies, or families suffering from the impact of relationship breakdown. We offer assistance to vulnerable young people aged 16 - 25, including accommodation, 'move on' opportunities and employment support. We work closely with local communities to strengthen neighbourhoods and build new homes to meet future housing needs in the area.
