Welcome to our website.

First Wessex Housing Group has recently amalgamated with its eight subsidiaries to form one of Hampshire’s largest providers of social housing, managing nearly 18,000 homes across the county and parts of Surrey.

Our new name is First Wessex and this is the new name of your landlord if you were previously residents of Atlantic Housing, Pavilion Housing, Portsmouth Housing, Fernhill Care, First Atlantic Housing or The Portsmouth Foyer. Apart from the change of name, it is very much business as usual. You will still receive services from the same staff and can contact the same offices. We will no longer be referring to the different parts of our business as Atlantic Housing, Pavilion Housing and Portsmouth Housing. Instead you will see reference to our local offices at Aldershot, Eastleigh and Portsmouth.

We are in the process of changing our website to reflect our new structure and name. You may still find some pages refer to our old subsidiary names and this will change over the next few months as we develop this website.
