Work is now well underway on the second phase of building at the Mayflower Gantry development, which will see 115 new homes built for First Wessex, most of which will be available for affordable rent.

Student Social Workers break down barriers at the Foyer (Release Date - 12/03/2010)
Isabel Osei and Tracy Robb have been on placements at the Portsmouth Foyer since September 2009. It�s the second time the Foyer has taken on student social workers in partnership with Kitemark Training and University of Portsmouth, and the placement offers a unique environment for them to experience the role of a typical social worker and develop their working practise skills.

New Scheme for Deaf Sign Language Users (Release Date - 23/04/2008)
A new purpose-built housing scheme for deaf sign language users has been opened in the New Forest. The property, the only one of its kind in Hampshire, was developed by First Atlantic Housing, part of the First Wessex Housing Group, in partnership with Hampshire County Councils Adult Services Department and New Forest District Council.
